Paramend: 2nd Route Added

Alright so here's the 2nd major update to the game, our 2nd kobold! You can probably tell already that they're job is a nurse, so hooray, our first kobold with an actual job (And clothing).  His route took a considerable amount of time because he has a bit more art than Sahsej's route and his theme isn't completed yet but will be eventually. As of posting this, Lewdcario11 is the only other person to test it out so there's bound to be a couple of bugs which I'll straighten out a little bit after this initial uploading.

Other than this nurse's route addition, there's a couple of other changes with how the game works such as the addition of a new character select screen!

As always, an obligatory warning that loading up your previous save files might lead to errors as I'm still messing around with the core of the game. So yeah, you've been warned <3
